What we collect

Nothing. The app does not ask for a name, an email address, an age, a location or any other personal detail, and it has no way to send information anywhere.

What is stored, and where

The app remembers which grade and subjects were chosen, which hero, and how far the player has got — stars, coins and unlocked levels. This is written to storage on the device itself (the operating system's app storage on a phone or tablet, and the browser's local storage when the game is played at app.supertriviakids.com).

That information never leaves the device. It is not transmitted to us or to anyone else, because the app contains no code that sends it anywhere. Deleting the app, or clearing app.supertriviakids.com's data in your browser, erases it permanently. The app's own "Reset" button does the same thing.

What we do not do

• No advertising, and no advertising identifiers.
• No analytics, telemetry or crash reporting.
• No accounts, logins, profiles or user-generated content.
• No in-app purchases and no payment information.
• No chat, messaging, social features or links out to other sites from inside the game.
• No selling or sharing of information — there is none to sell or share.

Children's privacy

This app is intended for children in kindergarten through fifth grade. Because it collects no personal information at all, there is nothing for a parent to review, correct or delete beyond deleting the app itself. We believe this satisfies the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), Apple's Kids Category requirements and Google Play's Families policy.

Device features the app uses

• Text to speech. Questions can be read aloud using the speech voice built into the device. This happens entirely on the device; nothing is recorded, and the app never uses the microphone.
• Sound and vibration. Used for game feedback only.

The app requests no permissions — no camera, no microphone, no location, no contacts, no photos.

Our websites

This site and app.supertriviakids.com, where the browser version of the game runs, are served by Cloudflare, which processes standard web request information such as IP addresses in order to deliver pages and protect against abuse. We do not add any analytics or tracking of our own, and we set no cookies. The browser version of the game loads a web font from Google Fonts; if you would rather it did not, the game falls back to a standard monospace font and plays identically offline.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. If a future version of the app ever begins collecting anything, that will be stated here plainly and in the app's store listing before it ships.
